Bronwen is Chairman of Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust, an independent consultant in HR practice and a member of the Department for Culture, Media and Sport Senior Salaries Review Board. She was previously Vice President of Human Resources for Avon Cosmetics and the Home Secretary's representative on the Northamptonshire Police Authority Selection Panel.
A former Midlands Businesswoman of the Year, she has held board positions in strategic planning, business development, manufacturing and human resources, and has been a non-executive director and Chair of Two Shires Ambulance NHS Trust and a member of the National Manufacturing Council.
Bronwen is due to step down as a Commissioner in the summer of 2007.
